Item - Genuine Contemporary Miniature Medal in GVF condition with ribbon.

History and medal information - Egypt medal 1882 - 1889 British involvement in Egypt deepened after the opening of the Suez Canal in 1869 and foreign armies mutinied and triggered an anti-European uprising in 1882. The obverse side has the veiled profile of Queen Victoria and the reverse side has a picture of the sphinx.
