FULL SIZE ORIGINAL SAUDI LIBERATION OF KUWAIT MEDAL 1990 1991 MEDAL WITH BOX OF ISSUE. 

Ribbon Colours - Central wide stripe of Green flanked by White and Black with Red edges. (Saudi national colours).

Item - Genuine Full Size Original Medal in Good condition with Ribbon.

History and Medal Information - Issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to allied forces who helped defeat the Iraqi army and Liberate Kuwait. This White metal medal has a star of fifteen long and fifteen short round-tipped rays, surmounted by a Bronze circle bearing a crowned and enreathed globe on which appears a map of Arabia. This medal was awarded to around 45,000 British servicemen and women although permission is required from the Foreign and Commonwealth to wear it whilst serving. Although awarded it MAY NOT BE COURT MOUNTED with British Issued medals.
